Cards start at $1.86 each when you send 50 or more in one order. For a single card, a 4x6 postcard is $2.19, a 6x9 postcard is $4.49, a 4.25 x 5.5 folded card is $5.29. Printing, the envelope for folded cards, and First-Class postage are all included in the price. To mail an event’s cards, unlock the event first: $4.99 once, one a month included with Gratitude Pass, or every event with Gratitude Premium.
Yes. Every card is printed and mailed by USPS First-Class Mail, and the price you see covers printing and postage. There is no separate shipping charge.
No. Card and event-unlock prices are before sales tax. Where sales tax applies, it is added at checkout from your billing address. It shows as its own line on the checkout page and on your receipt.
Usually about 3-6 business days from your order: printing usually takes 1 business day, then USPS First-Class Mail takes 2-5 business days.

No. You can type your first gifts without signing up, and they move into your account when you create one on the same device. Recording by voice needs an account. Create a free account when you want to keep your gifts and send cards.
Yes. Share a link or QR code for your event and anyone with it can add gifts straight to your list from their phone, with no account. You can turn the link off whenever you like.
For each gift, EverThanks drafts a note that mentions the gift and the person who gave it, in the tone you choose for the event: warm and witty, formal, faith-friendly. You can edit every word, and nothing is ever sent without you. AI drafts need an unlocked event: a one-time $4.99 unlock includes 250 AI assists for that event, and both paid plans include unlimited assists, subject to fair use. Turning a voice note into text uses an assist too; on the free plan, 1 assist a month covers a voice note or a photo on an event that is not unlocked.
No. A voice note is sent for transcription and then discarded. Only the text is kept, and it is used to fill in your gift list.
Unlocking an event lets you mail its cards, raises it from 25 gifts to 250, and adds 250 AI writing assists for it. It costs $4.99 once; Gratitude Pass includes 1 unlock a month, and with Gratitude Premium you can unlock every event at no charge. Either way, an event takes gifts for 30 days from its first one if it is a wedding, and 15 days otherwise; an unlock adds room, not time.
Plans come with credits each month: 12 with Gratitude Pass and 25 with Gratitude Premium. A 4x6 postcard uses 2 credits, a 6x9 postcard 4, and a folded card 5. Gratitude Pass credits cover postcards; Gratitude Premium credits cover every card. Unused credits roll over until your balance reaches 24 on Gratitude Pass or 50 on Gratitude Premium; once it is there, that month’s unused credits are forfeited, not added. If you cancel, the credits you have left stay in your balance but can then be used only on 4x6 postcards.
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription or by emailing hello@everthanksapp.com; cancelling stops future charges, there are no partial refunds, and you keep your plan’s benefits until the end of the period you have paid for.
A small EverThanks mark is printed on cards in orders under 100 cards. Orders of 100 or more print without it.
Yes. One order can go to up to 250 people, each with their own note. Every card in an order uses the same design.
Before you order, you review the final text of every card in the order, one card at a time. Orders are final and non-refundable once you approve them for print, so check names and addresses carefully. If our print partner makes a printing or mailing error, tell us at hello@everthanksapp.com within 30 days of the email telling you your cards are on their way; once the error is confirmed, we reprint the card or give you a credit.
